Refund, Payment & Service Policy 

1. Payment Terms

For consulting services, QCP program development, inspection guidance, and technical training delivered by PowerTech Consulting Inc.:

  • A 50% deposit may be required prior to commencement of work.

  • Remaining balance is due upon delivery of services or documents unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of consulting and digital training services:

  • Fees for completed services are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are refundable only if PowerTech has not commenced work.

  • Digital training products, manuals, forms, and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Cancellations

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, PowerTech may retain the deposit and invoice additional fees for work completed.

4. Training Disclaimers

Training materials:

  • Are for informational purposes only.

  • Do not guarantee licensure, certification, or regulatory acceptance.

  • Must be verified by the user against official codes and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

PowerTech Consulting Inc. is not liable for:

  • Misinterpretation of training or consulting materials.

  • Incorrect installation or operation of boilers and pressure equipment.

  • Third-party contractor performance.
